New Feature Releases

We just released new features that enhance your ability to make the most of WebBuy for your dealerships and customers.

Help Center

WebBuy Help Center is now readily available from the WebBuy Control Center and webbuy.com.  Get access to our searchable Knowledge Base and How-to Guides to train your team and get quick answers to your questions.  We are continuing to build out more tutorials and if there is a particular training that you would like to see please let your Client Success Manager know.

Message Customization

Customize the message your customers see on the first page of the WebBuy application, on the final page of the application, and several places in between.

Lead Gate on First Action

We all know bounce rate is high when a customer gets asked for their personal contact info the first thing after they click a CTA.  So, as an alternative to putting the lead form at the start of the Digital Retailing journey you can now have the form show after the customer sees their deal load and has their first interaction.  The way this plays out typically is that when the customer changes the down payment amount or looks at other term options, they are then prompted to enter their lead info.  This way the customer sees that they really will be able to build a deal with real numbers that your sales manager has set up.

Finance Source Response Status

The WebBuy BidBoard® enables customers to accept auto-decisioned finance offers through your RouteOne or DealerTrack account.  You can now readily see in the WebBuy NetDesker™ the status of lenders that have responded to the credit application that originated from WebBuy.

Upcoming...

The WebBuy team continues to work on new features to support end-to-end, omnichannel digital retailing.  We'll continue to update you on new features as they are released.

Please follow up with your Client Success Manager , if you want any training or help implementing these new features.
